I had the pleasure of dining at Yosemite Ranch Steakhouse on a Wednesday evening around 7 PM. To our delight, we were promptly seated with only a 2-minute wait time. The service was impressive from the start! 😊My friend and I both ordered the Santa Maria steak 🥩, accompanied by steamed broccoli 🥦 and crispy confit potatoes 🥔. The steaks were cooked to perfection, exactly to our liking, and the sides were equally delicious. The food arrived quickly and was served piping hot, which added to our overall satisfaction. 🔥The atmosphere was pleasant, and despite the restaurant’s lively vibe, we felt well attended to throughout our meal. The bill came out to around $32 per person, which included fountain drinks and a well-deserved 20% tip. 💵Overall, Yosemite Ranch provided a fantastic dining experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great steakhouse in Fresno! 🍽️
